Acap Asingan - Pangasinan

" I was an hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink,

I was a stranger and you took me in, I was naked and you clothed me."

We are very pleased to inform you that the above verse has entered the heart of a small group of Acap friends in Asingan Pangasinan ... in August 2006 this Acap has opened: a small branch in the Domanpot, Asingan area. The group leaded by Mae Malou Yabes (a member of Acap Battistini) has the fervour of helping the needy with food and clothings sent directly from Rome through her, to her young and zealous son Val. You can read the latest news of this acap which will appear up, and early news will be down.

 

* April 08, 2007 : Acap Mindoro organised in Italy a fundraising trip to Mirabilandia (an amusement park similar to Disneyland, but much smaller) to help the Mungyans, offerings have been sent over there to purchase clothings and food. Acap Asingan (through its founder, Mae Malou) helped in organising the trip and keeping an eye on the group. In the photo below you can see only a small part of the group as the rest were roaming around the amusement park; almost 50 persons participated.White arrow 1 is T.A. , white arrow 2 is Mae Malou.

In the photoe below left is Mae Malou, and right her with T.A. , they made a joint effort of the two Acaps.

    

 

* February 2007 : The photoes below indicate the Acap Asingan members happily distributing free foodstuffs they bought thanks to a donation given by Acap Roma Battistini (specifically an offering of Sam and Daniela, we extend our deep thanks to them).

 

 

 

* January2007: Acap Asingan is expecting a box containing some gifts for the needy prepared by Acap Battistini and the Founder of Acap Asingan. See picture on the right.

 

 

 

In these two pictures we can see the Acap Asingan Christian group when they unite to worship God and help the poor of their area. Shortly we shall upload further details of their activities and a welcome message in Tagalog by the Founder of Acap Asingan, Malou Yabes.
