ACAP stands for : Associazione Cristiana "Aiuto Pratico"

... which means Christian Association for "Practical Help".

About us :

We are a group of simple people who want to help anyone in the various problems of life,

witnessing at the same time the essence of the Christian message.

What we offer :

* Spiritual and moral counseling.

* We put in touch employers offering jobs with workers searching for a job (especially domestic jobs, baby sitting and assisting elderly people). Contacts of employers has been achieved through word of mouth.

* Gathering and distribution of clothings and foodstuffs to be distributed to the poor in Italy and abroad.

* Practical help offered to populations hit by natural disasters, wars or poverty.

* Various services such as going around to: pharmacy, supermarket, paying bills, hospitals, etc. to people who can't do it personally, especially elderly and/or disabled people.

* Accompany and companionship to lonely persons.

* Handling bureaucratic papers.

* Other services which could be requested in the future.

Our prices :

All our services are completely free of charge! Any expenses disbursed are on behalf of the respective Founders of each Acap, according to his/her possibilities. There are no regular requests of offerings or fund raising of any kind, and if any at all is effected, it will have a sporadic nature and the Founder of that Acap must be held as the sole responsible. Acap is regularly registered with the Italian Inland Revenue, authorisation# 14152 dated 12-28-2001.

Why all is FREE :

All Acap services are free to fulfill the essence of the christian message found in the Word of God concerning salvation by grace through the faith in what Jesus has done on the cross (Ephesians 2:8), showing that faith to people through good works (James 2:18), and because "freely we have received, freely we give"! (Matthew 10:8).

Siamo un gruppo di persone semplici che vogliono aiutare il prossimo nelle varie difficoltà della vita,

testimoniando allo stesso tempo l'essenza del messaggio cristiano.

Cosa offriamo?

*Consulenza e consolazione di carattere spirituale.

*Per chi cerca lavoro segnaliamo posti di lavoro attraverso un sostanziale giro di passaparola accumulato negli anni.

*Distribuzione gratuita di abbigliamento usato e alimenti ai bisognosi in Italia e all'estero.

*Aiuto concreto a popolazioni colpite da disastri naturali, guerre o povertà.

*Vari servizi e commissioni in : farmacia, alimentari, posta, municipio, ospedale, ecc.

*Accompagno e compagnia e amicizia a persone sole;

*Disbrigo pratiche burocratiche;

*Altri servizi che verranno offerti nel tempo, secondo le nostre possibilità e disponibilità di tempo.

Quanto si paga?

Siamo autofinanziati e autogestiti, abbiamo i nostri lavori secolari come tutti quanti, perciò i servizi offerti sono completamente gratuiti ! Nessuna offerta libera , dono o compenso verranno richiesti. L'ACAP è regolarmente registrata presso le autorità competenti. (Autorizzazione Ministeriale numero 14152 del 28-12-2001).

Perché lo facciamo?

Per adempiere all'essenza del messaggio Cristiano espresso nella Parola di Dio intorno alla salvezza per grazia mediante la fede nell'opera del Signore Gesù Cristo (Efesini 2:8), dimostrando tale fede ai propri simili attraverso le buone opere (Giacomo 2:18), e anche perchè "gratuitamente abbiamo ricevuto, gratuitamente diamo" ! (Matteo 10:8).
