Acap is not a hierarchy, it is a network of unconnected Christians working autonomously. Acap does not have a specific headquarter.

This disavowal is to clarify that each ACAP is runned independently, is totally self governed and detached from every other ACAP

in all senses (doctrinally, financially, morally, legally, etc.), but all of them have in common the desire of offering to anyone free

"Practical Help", combining it with the reading of the Word of God and prayer (James 2:14/18).

The "President and Founder" is meant of his own Acap (Battistini), for registration and legal purposes the authorities

need to relate with one person, in this case it is him ... but in reality he is not the founder of other Acaps,

and to that effect he must not be held accountable for actions of other Acaps.
