ACAP - Piddig, Ilocos Norte

Summer 2006

We are very pleased to announce that Nelda Vidad and some members of her family have founded their own Acap in Piddig (Ilocos Norte)through the I.N.C. mission, helping the poor in their needs, and providing for their needs in clothing and groceries, accompanied by the spiritual part of the Word of God.
